Property Maintenance

With the credit crunch hitting hard in the uk, its very hard to know where you can cut costs, to make savings for your business or home expenditure. If you ask any builder or trades people they will always tell you this. Never cut expenditure on maintenance of your home or building, some little problem could turn into a very big expense later.

A dripping pipe or tap that could of cost less than a couple of pounds to repair, will cost you dearly if left for too long. That paint work on the window frames thats just needs a coat of paint, if left too long will need stripping back and major repairs done costing a fortune. Its the same with electrical installations, have your installation checked regularly and you will save money, it could also stop you from having electrical problems, and it does save lives.

All electrical installations will last many years, if installed correctly and maintained at regular intervals. If you do not carry out simple maintenance tasks when required, your property or lives could be at risk. Over a period of time electrical installations deteriorate, and electrical connections become loose. This can cause electrical fires and even death, so we recommend you have your property checked regularly. For further information on when you should have these checks done, please see the chart on time periods between periodic inspection & tests, on our helpful information 1 page.
